Every Notice Goes Through a Review
The approval workflow: draft, approval queue, approved, published, ensures that notices reaching parents & students have been reviewed & authorised. Rejected drafts are returned with remarks. Once approved, publishing is immediate to the notice board. No more accidentally sending notices/announcements.
Voice Broadcast Reaches Parents
Schools with low app adoption rates or parents who frequently miss SMS messages have a third channel: automated outbound voice broadcast. A recorded message is dispatched as an automated call to every targeted parent's mobile number. Delivery is tracked per recipient in real time: Called, Picked Up, Not Answered, Failed.
Delivery Status Per Recipient

The live notice board shows each role only the notices relevant to them. Parents see parent-targeted notices. Students see student-targeted notices. Staff see staff-targeted notices. Pinned critical notices appear at the top regardless of date. The notice board is searchable & filterable by category & date range.
