Route-Based Fee Slabs

Blocking rules are applied at the student level for outstanding fees or suspensions, and at the route level, restricting route availability for specific student categories.

Fleet Management
Vehicle Master (Registration, Capacity, Type)
Every vehicle in the college fleet is registered with its registration number, seating capacity, vehicle type (bus, mini-bus, van), and current operational status.
Driver Profiles & Assignment
Driver records include personal details, licence info, and vehicle & route assignment. Transport coordinator knows which driver is responsible for each bus.
Fuel Log Management
Fuel consumption logged per vehicle. Recording fill-up dates, quantities, odometer readings & costs, supporting expense tracking of consumption.
Maintenance Records
Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance recorded per vehicle: with service dates, nature of work, cost & next service due.
Trip Tracking & Scheduling

Fee Collection per Student/Route
Transport fees are collected per student against their assigned route, with the amount determined by the route's fee slab. A receipt is generated for each payment.

A complete payment history is maintained per student. Every transport fee payment, receipt number, date, and mode of payment, retained for audit and parent queries.
My Fees (Student Self-Service)
Students view their transport fee status, payment history, and outstanding balance through the self-service view, without visiting the transport or accounts office.
